A journey into wholeness

“Cherishing yourself is not all rose oil and long baths
(though it may also be that).”

It is about understanding yourself on the deepest level, so you can create the life you desire.

Each of us comes to this earth with things to journey through; things to learn, should we choose them, about ourselves and life.

You’re intelligent and capable, and yet you find yourself spiralling with the same challenges.

Whether it’s the same frustration with your partner, or argument with your child, or an inescapable feeling that the life you’re living doesn’t quite fit:

the endless spiralling around with the same problem, and the constant search out there for answers is, exhausting.

It can also be very lonely.

Surface-level interactions, grabbed over coffee, or at the school gate, simply don’t get to the heart of what you’re truly feeling.

You long for deep and meaningful conversations, and to find a way for the repetitive loops to stop.

We feel you. We’ve felt all that and more.

The frustration and pain of the cycles you are in is spirit, tugging at your sleeve.

You are not mad, you are not ‘broken’.

Life is asking you to heal your wounds and honour your soul’s desires.

Experience the magic which happens when you allow The Cherished Mother to hold, support and guide you.

  • "I loved being in circle. Kate and Janet created a warm, nurturing, loving space where every participant could share whatever she wanted/needed to share.  I am a person who rarely speaks during a group meeting, circle taught me to feel worthy and confident to speak my truth."

  • This space, this circle is like a mirror to ourselves - by witnessing all that you bring - you reflect back that same longing, that same pain, that same capacity to love and feel and cry. Thank you all so deeply.

  • I feel much more able to tackle and enjoy world, accepting there are ups and downs in life and sometimes it just ticks along. I am grateful for the guidance, love and support you have all shown me

  • "The group has felt so sacred, and I am sad that we are wrapping up - I felt so happy to see your post and your beautiful words. I can't thank you, Janet and Kate, enough for your holding, your love and guidance."
